taboo la raza.
a troubled mind left unsettled with a library of words that just won’t do,
the power of speech won’t overcome the itch to sleep,
faith diminishes as apathy seeps through.
a feeble mind, the future looks bleak:
gone are the days of sincerity,
here we have times of tongue-in-cheek.
minus the humor, and forget the smile,
absent is the flex, and it’ll be a while.
